The room was not soundproof, making it hard to enjoy peace, and the cleanliness left much to be desired with dirty blankets and pillows. The supposed pool was practically off-limits, only available for an hour in the morning, and the outdated lift created some anxiety during use. Additional issues included unreliable water pressure and rusty, unclean fixtures requiring personal cleaning before use.

absolutely not what i expected. the toilet flush was old, and don’t even get me started on the shower! also, the room lacked basic amenities like enough tea bags, which is shocking at a so-called luxury hotel. i thought i’d at least get a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble i faced, but apparently everyone’s just one of many here.

My stay was nothing short of enjoyable! The Superior Double Room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, offering restful nights. The breakfast buffet was a delight with a good selection of both traditional Indian dishes and European options, making every morning a treat.

The location is excellent, just 3 km from the iconic Golden Temple, making it convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast provided a tasty variety, from traditional aloo di sabzi to delightful puris.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and we found it to be a great spot, as it's just a short walk to the vibrant Rambagh Gardens and only a bit over 2 km from the stunning Harmandir Sahib, making our city strolls truly enjoyable and convenient while also receiving exceptional service from the polite and courteous staff who always went the extra mile to help us during our stay.

We had a great stay at Ritz Plaza! The reception staff were super helpful, especially when directing our Uber driver. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the decent continental dishes from room service. It’s conveniently located just 2kms from the Partition Museum and the Golden Temple, making it easy to explore.

The AC controls were centralized and the bathrooms could have been larger.
